Disconnect access
Use the connection controls in AqiMeta, or remove the application from your platform account settings.
Send a deletion request
Email your AqiMeta account identifier and request type to privacy@aqimeta.com.
Receive confirmation
We verify the request, process deletion subject to legal retention duties, and provide confirmation or a status reference.
What the request covers
The request may cover your AqiMeta profile, authorized connection records, access tokens, synchronized asset metadata, templates, publish tasks, and related service records associated with the verified account.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or to document that a deletion request was completed. Retained records remain access-restricted and are removed when no longer required.
